family suite room service towel animal
the hotel offered a family suite. it gave us lots of room. the kids enjoyed the towel animals made by room service each day.
I noticed the pool water felt a little dirty at times. It slightly discolored our swimming costumes.

The Rock Royalty area offered an exclusive retreat. Attentive staff. The spacious Rock Star Suite offered comfort and luxury. Staff greetings by name with a smile.
I found the hotel to be quite crowded. It proved difficult to secure a tranquil spot to unwind. Service was slow because of the many guests.

The Beautiful King Premium room included comfortable king bed and modern music player. A spacious wardrobe provides space for personal belongings. The room also includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, so I could keep up with work emails.

The location offers immediate beach access. Several restaurants are within a short walk. A nearby shopping center is close, therefore the convenience is unmatchable and I could explore the nearby area.

AWESOME family stay!
great pool friendly staff good food
The hotel pool was GREAT with slides for kids. My children enjoyed the activities near the main pool area. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food. It was unreal. The staff were always friendly and smiling.
The gym had limited equipment.

Breakfast was a highlight. THERE were many food options. Lunch and dinner meals were great too. The hotel has multiple restaurants including a cafe that offers yummy food. The Center Stage bar has live music too.

The staff was lovely, polite, and very helpful at all times. Everyone, from the Splash team to the cafe staff, gave us a warm welcome. I RECEIVED great service at the restaurant with always smiling staff members.

rock royalty experience
i found the staff were very generous. they always greeted by name with a wide smile. a wonderful gesture. i really appreciated the warm service and kindness.
the hotel could improve the sun lounger situation. it seemed some guests reserved spots early. enforcing the policy against reserving would be nice.

Overall a good stay.
food variety friendly staff murky pool health issue
The breakfast provided a good variety of food choices. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and I would consider staying again.
The greenish color of the pool with the slides was a concern. It looked murky and had debris. My child became sick with a fever after using the pool.
